As a healer I love seeing my clients find the benefits of massage before leaning into invasive procedures like surgery which may fix the symptom without actually treating the problem.

Traditional western medicine often misses the root cause of your issue, leaving you chasing your tail to find relief! As a LMT I proritize getting to the root cause of your issue and will even suggest other practitioners if needed.

As we get older we often find ourselves in chronic pain... but it doesn't have to be this way! Along with helping loosen tight muscles, I'll also suggest stretches and home care options to help you have long term success.
