Energy Therapy

Where massage focuses on physical manipulation of the muscles and body, energy therapy is an intention based practice which balances out the energetics of the body. By bringing the energy back into alignment, it helps to cultivate the environment for the body to heal itself on a cellular level.

Anybody can benefit from Energy Therapy, both people and animals. It works on a physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual level, clearing blockages, creating balance, and otherwise allowing your body to heal itself.

Sessions care customized to your needs. Here are some examples of ways I've helped other clients:

• Some people experience pain relief on a physical level.

• Some people need peace and calm to soothe them, relieving stress and anxiety.

• Energy Therapy balances your chakras & cleanses your aura (energy field), shedding energy that isn't benefiting you, leaving you feeling lighter.

• Most people feel a boost of feel good, elevating your mood throughout the day.

• Sometimes we don't even plan a focus and I just allow the body to guide me with it's own story.

A basic energy therapy involves me placing or hovering my hands in various positions along your body, starting at the head and working my way down. For deeper healings I'll add more individualized techniques to focus on your issues.​​​

In addition to hand on sessions, I also offer distance healings which can be more convenient.

We'll have a previous consultation over the phone to set the intention for the session, and set a time for you to receive the energy healing. During your session We won't be on the phone-  you'll simply find a calm space to relax for 30 minutes or more to receive the energy.

Distance sessions are amazing for any need, including headache relief, post surgery comfort (for you and your pets), stress relief, and I can even send a healing for situations such as job interviews you are nervous for!
